TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment of your balance is required 14 days prior to your booking date. In the event of cancellation within the 14 day period the balance is non-refundable. We respectfully ask the guests have appropriate travel insurance cover for this eventuality.
Guests will be provided with our bank details to pay direct after reservation confirmation.
We operate a strictly non-smoking policy. Guests will be charged a fixed amount of £50 for extra cleaning costs if they smoke in the apartments.
Arrivals & Departures
- Arrivals: From 4:00pm
- Departures: 10:00am
We ask guests to be prompt so that cleaning staff have adequate time to prepare fro 3pm arrivals.
Families of course are most welcome. Cots and high chairs are not however provided for our youngest visitors. Guests therefore are requested bring a high chair for toddlers and a travel cot for babies.
We are dog friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs in each apartment. We request that guests bring appropriate covers and baskets.
We request that pets are kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture.
Damages & Breakages
We ask any guest to pay for any damages during their stay.
