TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment of your balance is required 42 days prior to your booking date. In the event of cancellation within 14 day of arrival the balance is non-refundable. We respectfully ask the guests have appropriate travel insurance cover for this eventuality.
Payments
Guests will be provided with our bank details to pay direct after reservation confirmation.
Smoking
We operate a strictly non-smoking policy. Guests will be charged a fixed amount of £50 for extra cleaning costs if they smoke in the apartments.
Arrivals & Departures
Arrivals: From 3:00pm
Departures: 10:00am
We ask guests to be prompt so that cleaning staff have adequate time to prepare for 3pm arrivals.
Children
Families of course are most welcome. Cots and high chairs are not however provided for our youngest visitors. Guests therefore are requested bring a high chair for toddlers and a travel cot for babies. There are un-fenced steps and ponds, all children to be supervised at all times.
Pets
We are dog friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs in each apartment. We request that guests bring appropriate covers and baskets. There are no facilities for exercising larger dogs in the gardens.
We request that pets are kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture.
Damages & Breakages
We ask any guest to pay for any damages during their stay.
